Kitchen remodeling marketing pricing, posted like a proposal should be

Homeowners get frustrated when a remodeler hides a number, so we do not hide ours. Kitchen remodeling marketing pricing here is a list of monthly fees for search work and ad management, with each tier spelled out below.

SEO plans

Organic search, your map listing and AI search work, written around the kitchen projects and towns on your calendar. Silver leaves your current website alone. Gold and Platinum take it over, with hosting and upkeep. The SEO page explains what the pages are for.

Billing is monthly and nothing locks you in. If you decide a month is the last one, we stop, and there is no startup fee or exit paperwork to settle.

Paid ads management

A management fee for the work of building, running and reporting on your campaigns. Ad spend is a separate amount that goes straight to the platform. The paid ads page covers the three platforms.
  • One ad platform

    $895/mo

You choose the channel and we run it. Click charges are billed by the platform, apart from our fee.

    • A single channel of your choosing: Google, Bing or Meta Ads
    • Campaigns sit in an ad account registered in your name
    • Ad copy, keywords and call tracking handled for you
    • A block list for do-it-yourself, product-only, cabinet-store and job-seeker searches
    • Every click is billed to your own card by the platform
    • A monthly report matching ad spend against calls and design-consult requests
  • Three ad platforms

    $2,295/mo

Every channel we manage, switched on together. Click charges are billed by the platforms, apart from our fee.

Choosing a tier by how many kitchens you want to sell

Start with the shape of the business. A remodeler who does mostly full kitchens in two towns needs fewer pages than a design-build firm with refacing, countertops, a bath division and six service areas. Count your project types, the door styles and finishes homeowners ask about by name, and the towns you really serve. That count points toward a tier.

Then count how many sales teams the marketing must feed. One designer with a packed calendar wants fewer, better requests. Three designers and an empty week want more reach. And look at the website: if your current site has a clear design consult button, a real portfolio and a pricing page you stand behind, Silver may be enough. If not, Gold and Platinum include a rebuilt site that we host and maintain (the website design page shows what a remodeler's site needs). A standalone website is not sold on its own here.

Pricing questions from kitchen remodeling owners

Is there an agreement to sign, or a notice period for a kitchen remodeling plan?

Neither. Billing is month to month, like a project that closes one phase at a time, and there is no startup fee. If you decide a month is the last, tell us and we stop at its end. There is no deposit to lose and no exit paperwork.

Does the paid ads fee include the ad spend itself?

No. Those amounts are our management fee for one, two or three platforms. The clicks are billed by Google, Bing or Meta straight to your own card, in an ad account registered in your name, so you can look at the spend at any time.

Can a remodeler buy just a new website from you?

Not on its own. A site is part of Gold at $2,495 a month and Platinum at $3,495 a month, where it comes with hosting, maintenance and the monthly page work. Silver at $1,495 a month works around the site you already have.

Is Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) a platform in the ad plans?

Yes. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) counts as one platform alongside Google Ads and Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising). Pick one for the first tier, two for the second or all three for the third. We follow each platform's current ad policies when we build campaigns.

Bring us the scope for your next season of kitchens.

Say which remodels you sell, which cabinet and countertop lines you favor and where your crews drive. What you get back is a frank assessment and one flat monthly figure. Please keep anything that identifies a homeowner, from names to permit numbers, out of what you write.

That floor plan drawing itself while you scroll is only an ornament. It is not a prediction of what any firm will see.
